i guess they learnt from last year's mistake where they put the ACES day event, which is mass dance, right at the end of the celebrations where everyone ran away.

left the SC and HC people dancing by themselves HEH HEH HEH
so they had it right after assembly this year. it didnt work much either, everyone just moved to the back of the parade square and looked at the SC and HC people dance.
